Mission Statement

To preserve the artistry that was and is Old School and to provide an alternative to the same old parties, with the same old DJ’s playing the same old music that don’t inspire folks to move anything more than their feet or heads!

Our mission is to provide an experience and to make you get on your feet and dance and have FUN!

What is Old School Carolinas?

Old School Carolinas is a movement designed to bring the attention back to the music, TV Shows, products, styles, foods, sayings and dances that were popularized in the time, spanning from the 1970’s through the mid 1990’s.

Where is Old School Carolinas?

Old School Carolinas is based in Charlotte North Carolina, but our events are held all over North and South Carolina.

Our events are typically held on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and in some cases, Sundays.

STAY TUNED because we’re coming to a location near you!

Who is Old School Carolinas?

We are a diverse group of Event Promoters, Business Owners, partiers, and ordinary people, who wanted more than the  DJ playing everything that you just heard on the radio on the way to party...If you’re sick and tired of every “artist” being named ‘Lil whatever, STAND UP!!!

In other words, YOU are Old School Carolinas… We welcome YOU!

Funky Fresh and dressed ready to party...

This will NEVER be an "ordinary" party!

We won't sell anyone a party, we're sharing an experience

and memories that anybody over 25 will appreciate.

The music will go back into the 70's and you won't EVER

hear anything newer than mid 90's...

Ride with us as we change the game and take you back to a time

when "Fresh" was the word and 'Now & Laters' was the candy…

A time when the little black and white TV was on top of

the color floor model TV that didn't work...

A time when you had better be in the house

when the street lights came on...

A time when WE had one radio station that played all of our music…

A time when you went to a party and danced 'til your legs hurt…
